Through mixed media and the written word we explore emotional memory, inner child reflections, and ancestral echoes. This workshop will allow us to identify and highlight the emotional residue we carry in order to reframe it as part of our sacred history.

Exploring identity and inner voice through words and image-making.

 Participants write a short poem or lyric inspired by a personal experience, then turn that into a mixed-media piece using collage and handwritten text. Music prompts (folk, soul, instrumental) are played to inspire emotional flow.

We will create emotional and spiritual cartographies, bringing abstract concepts into form - emotional states, inner conflicts, and healing phases.

Explore the feminine psyche - its rage, tenderness, grief and resistance. Integrate Lilith archetypes, mother wounds, sacred cycles, and reclamation of softness and power. Mediums will be ink, found objects, handmade papers and textiles.
