Make it stand out.

About a year ago, I had an idea to begin learning print techniques. I finally purchased my first Gelli plate as a compromise to the larger printing options. These images are the results of my first 2 months of working in this medium. The final results are a combination of Gelli medium transfer, acrylic painting, analogue collage and other transfer approaches. Each one is entirely unique and I will not do prints of these. They are special in that the work dictates the direction I go with them, until they are complete. It has been an incredibly gratifying project - a collaboration between the human intention and the wants of the medium.
